You may view your MID list after you "Sign In" to your My Claims page. Select the "Sign In" option from the blue navigation bar above, enter the username and password you created when registering as part of the claims filing process. Once you have successfully signed in, select the Claim ID from the list of blue Claim ID hyperlinks and scroll down to the "Discover Merchant Identifiers" (MIDs) section of the Claim Details Page. NOTE: If you filed your claim by US Mail and never registered, please contact the Settlement Administrator for temporary credentials to set up your website registration; you may email info@DiscoverMerchantSettlement.com or call us toll free at 1-888-655-3176.
You may view up to 50 MIDs on screen. If you have 50 or more MIDs linked to that Claim ID, you will need to download your MID list to view it.
After reviewing your list of MIDs, if you believe MIDs are missing, you may select the "Research Request" option in that section and provide the Settlement Administrator with additional information to help them research and locate other MIDs that, in the source data received by the Settlement Administrator, lacked adequate detail to be automatically linked to your claim. The Settlement Administrator is still receiving additional MID details from Merchant Acquirers and Payment Intermediaries, so your list may continue to update prior to final determinations being made.
