To file a claim, please enter your Claimant ID and PIN (located at the top right section of the Claim Form you received by email or mail).

If you received multiple Claim Forms, you will have the opportunity to file additional claims or add Claimant ID(s) to your claim(s) later.

If you did not receive a Claimant ID and PIN but accepted Discover between 2007-2023, then please click here to file a claim.
