Important Dates

  • Claim Filing Deadline

    With limited exceptions, all Settlement Class Members must submit a claim form (or if applicable a Payment Information Form) online, or if by mail postmarked, by end of day May 18, 2026, to be eligible to receive a settlement payment. Please follow the instructions in the relevant Notice(s) and Claim Form.

    If you are a Merchant Acquirer or Payment Intermediary only, you must also provide additional information by November 12, 2025 or February 25, 2026, respectively.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing, currently scheduled for 9:30 a.m. CT on May 20, 2026, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Courtroom 2319, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60604.

  • Do Nothing

    If you do nothing, with limited exception, you will not receive payment.

  • Exclusion and Objection Deadlines

    The deadline to exclude yourself (opt out) from the Settlement Class or to object to the Settlement was March 25, 2026, and has passed.
